为进一步激发中非青年创新创业活力，拓宽创新创业合作空间，打造中非青年交流合作平台，助力中非经济发展和人文交流，中国科学技术交流中心、湖北省科学技术厅共同发起了“第四届中非青年创新创业大赛”。

In order to further stimulate the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of Chinese and African youths, broaden the space for innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation, and build a platform for China-Africa youth exchange and cooperation to facilitate China-Africa economic development and exchange, the China Science and Technology Exchange Center, and the Department of Science and Technology of Hubei Province jointly launch the 4th China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

一、活动主题与内容/Event Theme and Details

以“共创美好机遇 同享中非未来”为主题，聚焦数字经济、人工智能、生命健康、现代农业、绿色低碳、先进制造等领域，旨在进一步激发中非青年创新创业活力，拓宽创新创业合作空间，打造中非青年交流合作平台，助力中非经济发展和人文交流。

With the theme “Creating Promising Opportunities, Sharing a China-Africa Future”, the event focuses on fields including digital economy, artificial intelligence, life sciences and health, modern agriculture, green and low-carbon technologies, advanced manufacturing, among others. It aims to further ignite the innovation and entrepreneurship dynamism of Chinese and African youth, expand the scope of innovation and entrepreneurship cooperation, establish a China-Africa youth exchange and cooperation platform, and contribute to China-Africa economic development and people-to-people exchanges.

三、参赛项目要求/Requirements for Entries

（一）项目类别/Entry Categories

1.计划或已在非洲国家落地转化的项目；

2.计划或已在中国境内落地转化的项目。该类别参赛者应为非洲地区国家公民，或为包含非洲国家公民的团队。

The entries are divided into two categories: (1) Projects implemented or to be implemented in African countries; (2) Projects implemented or to be implemented in China. For this category, participants MUST be citizens of African nations or part of teams including such citizen.

（二）项目领域/Fields for Entries

项目领域包括数字经济、人工智能、生命健康、现代农业、绿色低碳、先进制造等。

Entries shall cover fields including digital economy, artificial intelligence, life sciences and health, modern agriculture, green and low-carbon technologies, advanced manufacturing, among others.

（三）其他要求/Other Requirements

1.参赛项目原则上应为2020年1月1日之后在中国或非洲境内注册成立的科技型中小微企业提出的项目，或由具备成立初创企业条件的个人或团队提出的项目。项目内容为发明创造、专利技术，或是通过相关研发实现的概念产品或服务。

2.参赛项目应具有一定的科技创新性、良好的市场发展前景和可预期的经济效益。参赛个人或团队应对参赛项目的产品、技术及相关专利持有明确的知识产权，与其他任何单位或个人不存在知识产权纠纷。

(1)Entries shall primarily be submitted by: (a) Science and technology-focused micro, small, or medium enterprises (MSMEs) registered in China or Africa on or after January 1, 2020; (b) Individuals or teams qualifying to establish startups, proposing inventions, patented technologies, or conceptual products/services developed through R&D.

(2)Entries must demonstrate: (a) Measurable scientific/technological innovation; (b) Viable market prospects and foreseeable economic returns; (c) Unchallenged intellectual property (IP) ownership by participants over all project elements (products, technologies, patents), with zero active IP disputes against any third parties.

(3) Winning projects from the 1st to 3rd China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions are ineligible.

四、参赛人员要求/Requirements of participants

1.应为40岁以下（1985年1月1日以后出生）的中国或非洲国家公民，遵守大赛规则及中国法律法规；

2.能熟练运用中文或英文在大赛期间进行交流；

3.个人或团队形式参赛均可，个人不得同时以两种形式报名参赛。个人或团队均仅限报名一项参赛项目。以团队形式参赛的，每个团队成员人数不少于3人，不多于6人，允许跨单位（高校、企业等）和跨国别组队。团队成员来自不同国家的，应商定其中一个国家作为参赛队国别。

(Ⅰ) Participants should be citizens of China or African countries under 40 years old (born after January 1, 1985), and abide by the rules of the competition and the laws and regulations of China. 

(Ⅱ) Participants should be proficient in using Chinese or English to communicate during the competition.

(Ⅲ) Participants can be individuals or teams, but each individual and team can sign up for only one entry. In the case of team participation, the number of members of each team shall not be less than three or exceed six, and people from different organizations (universities, enterprises, etc.) and different nationalities are allowed to form teams. If members of a team are from different countries, it should be determined that the team represents one of the countries.

五、赛事安排/Event Schedule

（一）参赛报名（2025年6月-9月）/Registration (June to September 2025)

自预通知发布之日起，即可报名参赛，参赛人员请在2025年9月30日前将参赛报名表发送至指定邮箱。（所有项目不可重复选择赛区，一经发现，将取消参赛资格）。

Registration opens upon publication of the preliminary notice.Participants MUST submit completed registration forms to the designated email no later than September 30, 2025. (Violation of the single-competition-area rule per project will result in disqualification.)

报名材料包括项目路演PPT、大赛报名表、路演视频（8-10分钟）、商业计划书等。

Required materials include:

• Competition registration form

• Project pitch deck (PPT/PDF format)

• Product/service pitch video (8-10 minutes)

• Business plan

• Other supporting documents

（二）初赛（2025年10月）/Preliminary Round (October, 2025)

赛区五初赛拟于2025年10月在成都举办,专家团队将根据项目创新性、可行性、可推广性、社会效益、经济效益等评审标准选出三个优秀项目进入决赛。

Competition Area V Prelims will be held in Chengdu, China, in October 2025. An expert panel shall select three shortlisted projects to advance to the Finals based on:

• Innovativeness

• Technical feasibility

• Scalability potential

• Social impact

• Economic viability

（三）决赛（2025年11月）/Final Round (November, 2025)

2025年11月，进入决赛的参赛者个人和团队将受邀于11月来武汉参加决赛，进行线上线下相结合的项目路演和答辩。

Finalists (individuals and teams) shall be invited to Wuhan, China in November 2025 for hybrid-format project pitches and defense sessions, combining on-site and virtual participation.

六、奖项设置及支持政策Awards & Support Policies

（一）奖项设置Awards

大赛设置一等奖1项，奖金人民币2万元；

二等奖2项，奖金人民币各1万元；

三等奖3项，奖金人民币各5千元；

“最佳创意奖”5项，奖金人民币各3千元；

优秀奖若干，不设奖金。

The competition awards include:

• One (1) First Prize: CNY 20,000

• Two (2) Second Prizes: CNY 10,000 per award

• Three (3) Third Prizes: CNY 5,000 per award

• Five (5) Best Innovation Awards: CNY 3,000 per award

• Multiple Merit Awards: No monetary prize

（二）支持政策Support Policies

对于通过初赛，愿意赴武汉参加决赛的参赛个人和团队（不超过3人），比赛期间在武汉食宿由大赛组委会统一安排并承担费用，同时按以下标准给予每个项目一定的参赛补贴（含交通、翻译、制作等）：湖北省内参赛项目1000元/项（武汉市内参赛项目500元/项），湖北省外参赛项目3000元/项。

Eligible participants (individuals/teams ≤3 members) passing the Preliminary Round and attending the Finals in Wuhan SHALL receive:

1.Full accommodation and meals in Wuhan during the Finals, arranged and funded by the Organizing Committee.

2.Project-based travel subsidies covering:

• Transportation

• Interpreting services

• Material production costs
